Terms for the OurFamLife website and app.
These terms apply when you use the OurFamLife website, app, family location sharing, calendar, reminders, shopping lists, pings and paid plans.
Family accounts
You are responsible for the people you invite, the accuracy of account details, and keeping your password and devices secure. Family admins should only grant admin permissions to trusted members.
Location accuracy
Location, trip and place information depends on phones, GPS, network coverage, permissions, battery settings and third-party maps. It may be delayed, approximate, incomplete or unavailable.
Not for emergencies
OurFamLife is a family coordination tool. It is not an emergency response, safety-critical, medical, legal or professional monitoring service.
Acceptable use
Do not use OurFamLife to track people without consent, harass others, attempt to access another family account, interfere with the service, or upload unlawful or harmful content.
Subscriptions
Paid plans unlock additional features for the family account. Payments are handled by Stripe. Plan availability, prices and features may change, but active subscriptions will be handled according to the billing terms shown at checkout.
Service changes
OurFamLife may update features, limits, maps, providers and these terms as the product develops. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
